The quickest project I ever put to canvas (1 month) and launched late in 2008 has already seen registration figures sore beyond expectations. The business model, design, UED (User Experience Design) was reworked and focus of product placement changed.
There was no secret as to how I achieved the better model because the idea of developing API’s and an automated booking & distribution system had been knocking around the office for some time. It just needed someone with experience and knowledge to gel the process together and make it happen. Once I had put the team together we started by creating a fresh frontend - designed & implemented a brand spanking new payment gateway, better equipped registration functionality for the new model that included automated API downloads and a host of other goodies. Job done!
